1. Service Description

GenT AI is an AI-powered social media copywriting tool utilizing advanced multimodal models (Google Gemini) to read image context and output stylized text. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Billing & 30-Day Passes

Our premium tiers (Entry and Premium) operate exclusively on a "30-Day Manual Pass" system to give users maximum control over their spending.

  • No Auto-Renewal: We do not automatically charge your card. When your 30-day pass expires, your account will safely revert to the Free tier until you manually initiate another purchase.
  • Expiration: All passes expire exactly 30 days from the moment of successful payment processing.
  • No Refunds: Due to the immediate provisioning of computationally expensive AI quotas, we do not offer refunds for partially used passes or buyer's remorse. All payments processed via Razorpay are final.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

The AI models provided by GenT AI are subject to strict safety guidelines. You explicitly agree that you will not use our service to generate, upload, or process:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or inciteful rhetoric against any protected group.
  • Not Safe For Work (NSFW), sexually explicit, or excessively violent imagery.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without a refund. We reserve the right to review flagged accounts via Google's API moderation endpoints.

4. Limitation of Liability

GenT AI generates content algorithmically. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs (hallucinations). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated captions before publishing them to your social media or brand channels. GenT AI shall not be liable for any damages, loss of reputation, or legal issues arising from the use of content generated by our platform.

5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamluk, West Bengal, India.
